East Liberty, Roman Pavement
Likes: Flowers in gardens, the little green, the paths
Dislikes: boarded houses - 7 in all! People parked on paths - can't get past walking. The phone box is normally smashed. Street signs need replacing. Bus signs missing. Litter on roadside.
What would improve things? Closing the park at night. Adding some lights. Street cleaners.
